How do I calculate the shipping charges to my country?

All delivery is via DPEX and please allows 2-10 working days for delivery.
Do I have to pay for any taxes/VATS/tariffs?
Hereby, we would like to seek your kind understanding that all tariffs, VATS, and/or prevailing import taxes on purchases are payable by the receiving party. The Wizard of Oz do not represent any Government bodies to charge any taxes/tariffs/VATS. For more information on the tax payable, please check with your relevant custom departments.
How do I know if you have received my order?
When you make an order online with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order. The order acknowledgment will include your order number, details of the items ordered.
Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order had been received. When your goods had been picked up and dispatched to you, your card will be charged and we will send you a tracking number of your parcel.
If an item that you have ordered is not available, an email will be sent to you to inform you. You may choose to substitute the unavailable items with other selections. You will not be charged for the unavailable items.
What do I do if the item I ordered is not suitable?
You may choose to exchange the item for another selection. However, please note that all delivery charges, (to and fro) will be payable by your good self.

How should I take care of my purchases?
Please only use the relevant products to clean your footwear, after having removed dust and dirt. We recommend cleaning pvc, pu, nylon, microfiber, with a slightly damp cloth in the same color as the material you are cleaning. For canvas, we recommend that you clean by using a small brush to clean with soap and water and leave out to dry. For suede, we recommend that you first brush any loose dirt off with a brush and then clean off with cleaners specially designed for these materials. You will need to purchase a leather care cleaner to clean leather. To clean patent, use a damp cloth, then shine with a soft dry cloth and do not use shoe polish of any type on patent.
Take a particular care with decorated shoes; crystals and beads could be lost, damaged or dislocated if hit or snagged.
Never place your wet shoes to dry near artificial heat / directly under immerse heat, leave them to dry naturally or the soles could wear away.
Have heel caps (top pieces on heels) replaced by a good shoe repairer before they wear down, so that heels will not get damaged.
